We thoroughly enjoyed our 9-day stay at the Sheraton Imperial. It is in a great spot with tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping close by. The breakfast was a spread fit for a king. The staff was great too. Our housekeeper Norzamzalima was so attentive and flexible with times to clean our room. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit. The pool area is so pretty and relaxing.

Very comfortable and definitely coming back. My stay was 3 nights and it was very pleasant. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were spacious with a good view. Best thing for me was the extensive breakfast options. Worth it.

Staying at the Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur was an experience like no other. Reportedly boasting the largest rooms in Kuala Lumpur, this claim quickly became evident upon entering. The expansive space is complemented by an attached dressing room - a rare feature that I rarely come across in other hotels. Not only was the room spacious, but it was also impeccably clean, bright, and exceedingly comfortable. The breakfast buffet was an unexpected delight. With a diverse array of options, there was something for everyone. I was particularly impressed by the inclusion of gluten-free choices and Indian vegetarian dishes, catering to varied dietary needs. The most memorable part? The lettuce served for salads is freshly snipped from potted plants, exemplifying the utmost freshness. This attention to detail and commitment to freshness truly sets the Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur apart. A stay worth every penny and a memory to cherish.

Half an hour to check in. Room tired. It was extremely noisy and we could hear motorbikes racing until 3.30am each morning. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in shower, but nothing by the bath tub. No dressing table with mirror. Instead all the facilities were in the bathroom, which is a pain when my partner was using it. Not well designed at all. On the plus side the towels were beautiful and soft. The reception areas very grand. Lifts abundant. Concierge very helpful. Good selection of food for buffet breakfast and dinner. Albeit a lot of the hot food was cold, even when first brought out.

My experience at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel-Kuala Lumpur was far from pleasant. During our three-day stay, the first impression was set by the unwelcoming lobby and the unhelpful front desk staff. The room, although labeled as 5-star, didn't live up to the standard. The bed mattress felt cheap and uncomfortable, which is not what one would expect in a high-rated hotel. The disappointment continued in the bathroom where the push shower was leaking, leading to a soggy and uncomfortable experience. And the commode design was weird. We decided to order some drinks to unwind, but the staff's unprofessionalism was astounding. I was repeatedly bothered because the staff seemed clueless about their menu, item availability, and prices. To make matters worse, the food was absolutely terrible. I was hungry, but I couldn't bring myself to eat most of it. The tom yam soup was inedible, and the chicken wings were overly salty. The chicken steak was the worst dish I've ever had in a supposed 5-star hotel. It's safe to say that I wouldn't recommend the Sheraton Imperial Hotel-Kuala Lumpur to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay
