We held our magical wedding dinner at Nassim Hill Bakery and Bistro Bar in late 2021 and it was an absolute dream in spite of the Covid restrictions. Audrey, our point of contact, gave us personalized attention and we could feel her genuine excitement to commemorate our special day. She made the entire process of planning seamless and we are really grateful for her thoughtfulness and going the extra mile. From the initial menu discussions, where her recommendations were tailored to our needs, to the meticulous preparation of a range of wedding favors for our guests, the experience was exceptional. Each dish was meticulously crafted with evident care and it left a lasting impression on our guests, who were also consulted for their feedback by their thoughtful chef. The cozy and serene ambiance added to the charm, making it a perfect setting for our celebration. What's more, the great value for money was evident in every aspect of our experience. The team's impeccable service, support for preparing our wedding favours and flexibility in accommodating our setup time for our event truly exemplified their dedication. Always received friendly service and good food here. A four star is given because the portions of the food seemed to have shrunk for the same (high) price charged. Still one of my go to places when I crave for a quality and wholesome salad - The Nutty bird. The salad is made up of specially curated individual ingredient dishes (such as marinated beetroot, dressed salad leaves, smoked chicken, homemade granola mix etc. The homemade (I believe) pesto sauce was a divine pairing with this salad! Was recommended a steak & eggs dish and it did not disappoint. Quality ingredients used at Nassim Hill Bakery! Would have visited more often if it’s a little more affordable.

Truffle Fries - 4/10 A letdown, with the fries not living up to expectations and the truffle essence failing to enhance the dish significantly. Steak & Eggs - 8/10 A pleasant surprise with the steak expertly cooked and complemented by a well-matched sauce. Bread Collection - 10/10 A bread lover's paradise, with an array of loaves that promise a return visit to sample their baked offerings. Location a little hidden behind the Singpost on Nassim Hill, quite a spacious bistro for coffee and bites. We chose this location as it is about 7min walk from TEL stations Napier or Orchard Boulevard. Portions are quite big, hits and misses in quality and taste. Hits : Warm salmon Niçoise salad as recommended. Salmon is crisp and moist, everything is on point. Alio olio is also nicely done, al dente pasta, fresh prawns & delicious. Misses: Waffles & pizza looked really good in photos. disappointed with biscuit like crust and waffles are a little dry, nothing stands out for this dish. Coffee drinks are ok, not particularly outstanding. There is generally 2 prices for mains on menu e.g. $20/28 and wait staff said child or adult? Naturally we went for adult and most mains are $24-$28. We paid $168 for 4 dishes and 4 coke drinks after a 10% UOB discount.

My friends and I went there for the donut at first but ended up have another two desserts on 17 June 2023. The chocolate donut and the chocolate brown cake were super good and not very sweet. But the apple crumble was disappointing as can’t taste the apple. Apple filing was very little. The ice chocolate and ice moka were very good and not so sweet. The service were very good, the staff were very helpful and attentive. The atmosphere was quiet and cosy. Good for get together and relaxing place. Thanks.
