Paul's Homemade Ice-Cream

A real luxurious treat. Made locally from fresh ingredients. It’s a real winner. We visited because we went to Fireroom for our wedding anniversary but rather than have desert in the restaurant we decided to grab a Paul’s icecream.

Beautiful, delicious cakes worth every cent. Excellent delivery and service!

This particular Paul's isn't a full storefront but a little kiosk outside the Pizza Perfect in the mall. We went on a public holiday and found there to be very little stock, and very limited flavours. The lady at the kiosk was quite unfriendly. There wasn't anywhere to sit and eat our ice creams so we walked all the way to the other side of the mall by the outdoor restaurants to eat them there. Ice cream was delicious as always though!

I truly love Pauls, I could say I get the ice cream everyday and I was always helped by a lovely lady. Unfortunately they changed the staff and I don’t even bother to go there. Both the new female and male staff are so unfriendly. The male employee who if I’m not mistaken is the manager, is quite rude. Lovely concept, terrible service

The ice cream was delicious and the staff member was friendly. However, there needs to be a small seating area - it's not ideal to walk around the centre with our masks off, trying to eat the ice cream before it melts.
