Overall bad experience, this was my 1st & last time in this restaurant. If you looking for atas restaurants with good food services this is NOT place. Went there on Thursday night, restaurants was packed with crowds. For buffet dinner price at $70 nett. I was expecting above average food quality & services. But it was not. Services was poor, table & utensil is abit dirty (ask for replacement). Maybe because of covid hard to maintain well trained staffs. Ordering food by scanning barcode & order on own smartphone was convenient but lack of summary what was ordered & delivered. So it was confusing & food ordered waited long time till delivered especially like sashimi (waited almost 45mins). Sometimes some food mistaken too.More

Good Service and A lot of varieties to choose. We start going to Shin minori since 2019. We continue going during Covid also.More
Overall, the food quality is really good. Most of the skewers can taste is fresh and home made. The kind of quality at you will not see in a buffet setting. As both me and my friend don't really eat seafood which is more bang for your bucks. Pricing is a bit on the pricey side, but still worth it to. More
Paying almost SGD80 per person in an uninviting Japanese buffet restaurant was really expensive. 5-star hotels with a real proper buffet spread cost just as much or S$100 pax. Japanese food quality was not good. Serving size was poor. Buffet is in the sense - order and get served. Nothing that is eye-visible and therefore the overall setting was bad. Furnitures are run down. Not recommended to patronize. Public food-rating was totally misleading. And it was my daughter's actual birthday.More
