The Service in the Club Lounge was realy nice Anisha give us a really perfect Service. We have our breakfast in the clublounge and Anisha always make sure about our drinks and Food. I find she is the best in this hotel always a nice smile and smartMore

The stay in the Sofitel Dubai The Palm was very relaxing. Especially the very friendly service within the Premier Lounge is worth to spend a few minutes. I would like to point out the very helpful and friendly way how Anisha, Sajjad, Yeshira, Moain and Niana were giving us a good time.
