We’ve dine in last night to celebrate my brothers bday as what we usually do when there is a celebrant in our family. Unlike before the service we are getting in this branch (Jufffair) was amazing. This time it was so lousy, server don’t know how to smile, we feel that they are lazy nor not happy on what they are doing. Let’s start with serving the food-we asked for an extra small bowl for our ramen and they said they dont have but then after few mins they have given us; bottomless iced tea-they dont give syrup if you dont ask which for me its included if you order iced tea; i want to use my points available in their app but its not allowed as we order their buy 1 get 1 promo although we have ordered extra sushi and ramen; No one played bday song when serving the cake which they usually do before; not entitled to accumulate points (what is the purpose of the app-maybe time to delete it as it is useless).. Overall we are unhappy and will never come back. More
My husband and I stopped in craving sushi. We got an appetizer and two rolls. The fish was poorly cut and the texture was almost inedible. We were so bummed with the quality of the sushi. The best thing about the meal was our fruit juice.The dinner was also very expensive. More
My friends & I love the dining at this place.Small & Cosy with tasty food.They offer Japanese cuisine & every time we go there , never disappointed with the food, we tried sushi, rolls, soup, salads. Good place for dining only, not for chilling & spending time. More
