Excellent Wonderful ambience in the spa. Immaculate and clean. Exotic scent. Housekeepers Moeen and Saad highly skilled and professional cleaners. A credit to the company. No request was too small. Very friendly professional and polite. Waiter Hamdy was extremely competent, warm and friendly. Another credit to the company. Amazing memory recall.Quite often he had delivered things before we had asked for them. The most talented waiter I have ever met in my life. All in all a great experience. A real home from home. My boyfriend and I had the 120 min Arabian Escape and we were both amazed by the service. The booking process was very quick. Fermin, the Spa Manager, took my booking on the phone and then a few minutes after I received a confirmation email. I also received a reminder email one day before the booking from the receptionist Karrine. The scrub, massage and facial were very relaxing and the products they used smell lovely. We both felt our skin was super soft after the treatment. The service by the therapists Dati and Kavita, Karrine and Fermin was impeccable. We were also surprised to receive complimentary pastries and tea as it was my boyfriend's birthday. It was such a nice detail, thank you so much! Unfortunately we did not have much time to use the spa facilities, but we will definitely try them next time we go back.More
I went with my Abu Dhabi family this time. It was an ordinary Monday who turn to extraordinary for us. We had the best pastries and hot choco ever tasted. The mini burger was nice too. Everyone was very happy especially the children who were with us, they really enjoy the designs and views of the Burj Khalifa from the balcony. Ultimately, the staff is the reason why our experience was great. Jane the hostess was very accommodating,Wangchuk was nice and friendly taking our orders and Girlie the hands-on Manager. I decided to treat myself for me a time; and look into the trip advisor for best place i can go spa treatment, i choose The Spa as it was closed to where i live downtown. The i was comfortable going, mesmerized by the authenticity of the place, very unique and stylish then - i was welcome by fermin, showed me around the spa and later offered me a refreshing drink while i was still deciding for the treatment. Fermin understand my needs that day, a busy day work and life had taken its toll on me! So i trusted what fermin recommended…. You need to speak with him! That man is master of spa and wellness book :) Then later on Arwin was introduced to me, i was oriented about my treatments in which it was the massage and facial- and believe me i have the best 2 hours healing of my body! Arwin was precise with his pressures and the perfect scents he can recommend. This place is a heaven within the paradise….More
