The pros : excellent service from arrival to departure. Vivienne was very attentive to our table and delivered all the dishes we had ordered in a record time. All dishes were delicious, special mention to the salad and to the Flamed g9 wagyu nigiri. Also a nice soundtrack, but not too loud so that it was always possible to maintain a conversation. The cons : chicken teriyaki was not to our liking, but it may be a matter of personal taste. Nevertheless it was very nicely presented.

Loved the separate vegan menu (be wary that not all dishes are vegan, some are vegetarian and marked as containing dairy). The service was friendly, aware of veganism and they were able to give us some nice recommendations for the best-selling food and drinks. The mushroom bao, devilled eggplant maki and the raspberry chocolate cake were outstanding. The vegan sushi options are really quite innovative, creative and unlike the usual standard vegan sushi options. It's a bit quieter during lunch time but gets busier at dinner! Overall, a very nice experience! The staff are lovely too!

I was here for the business lunch and the place wasn't busy at all! In fact we were the only people in the restaurant. It was 4 course meal and a good value for money. Though I opted for the sushi menu I did not enjoy the main course much, but the starters and desserts were worth it. If I go back, I would love to try the Asian menu as they had only two options.

Recently went for a sushi making class for my friends birthday at Wakame. It was a private class with their sushi chef who taught us how to make 3 different styles of sushi. Props to the chef for his patience and guidance as none of us were experts but the sushi tasted great even if we were beginners. Would definitely recommend this activity for those wanting to learn how to make their own sushi at home. They offer 2 hours free valet parking but then it’s chargeable after that. Nice big restaurant but pretty quiet on the afternoon that we visited. Perhaps because it was between prime hours for lunch & dinner.

I felt like having vegan maki and I do not recall eating anything even close to this. Service is also professional. I have come here other times and it is always a surprise, but the vegan plates are just terrific because there is creativity and it is not just how it looks like, you feel it when eating.
